While it’s cold and wintery outside, I’ve been working on the ice cream menu for 2014.
Ice Cream comes in more flavours than any other food, and the varieties or richness and smoothness as well as modes of presentation are endless. It is cooling in the summer, refreshing and energising in winter and equally at home in a cone or a crystal glass.
Many people have treasured memories of old fashioned ice cream. The most popular flavours are always the classics and as Daisy is a classic it makes sense that our core menu is all the old favourites.
When you book Daisy for a Private Event we give you the option to choose four of the eight ice creams and sorbets on the menu for your event.

All of our ice creams and sorbets are handmade, sourced from small producers who only use pure ingredients, no synthetic flavours or chemicals, this is proper grown up ice cream. Ice cream as it should taste.
This year we will also have Daisy Specials handmade by us, sometimes seasonal and occasionally unusual.
