We serve Marshfield Farm ice cream and sorbets. We always serve the classic flavours: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and raspberry ripple. You can choose four more flavours such as salted caramel, mint choc chip, mango sorbet or blackcurrants in clotted cream. You can find our full selection of flavours on the menu tab. We also keep on board Ice Kitchen ice lollies, delicious vegan flavours. They are all so refreshing in the summer.
Daisy is based in Surrey and can travel within a 30 mile radius of Cheam Village, including some parts of London. We have attended events in Cobham, Guildford, Woking, Ripley… In fact Daisy is often to be seen driving up and down the A3, where she can happily chug along at over 50 miles an hour, once she gets going!
The Hawking family have been farming at Marshfield since 1971 – even older than Daisy. They have 250 Friesian cows roaming over 1,000 acres of land farmed to Soil Association organic standards. Nearly 30 years ago, they made their first batch of ice cream using a Kenwood Chef ice cream maker – now they produce over 30 flavours of ice cream and sorbet and up to 2,500 litres an hour!
